1. Are My Vikini products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! My Vikini products are safe for all skin types. If you are someone with sensitive skin, slowly introduce these products into your regimen so your skin can build up a tolerance

2. How long will it take for me to see results?

AHA's & BHA's are fast-acting ingredients but still take time, patience, and consistency. You will see results immediately from using these products, but it will take up to 12 weeks to see desired results.

3. Are My Vikini products safe for pregnant women?

Yes, our products are dermatologist-tested to be safe in low concentrations for pregnant women.

4. Is it safe to use these products with other brand names?

Some AHA's and BHA's work well together, and some not so much. The best formula is to alternate days when using additional products other than My Vikini.

5. I see your brightening cream has hydroquinone. Is it safe?

Yes! Our brightening cream has a low concentration of hydroquinone. We recommend using the brightening cream for three months on three months off.

6. Will these products dry my skin?

Our products contain active ingredients and, without proper moisture, can cause skin dryness. We recommend using an occlusive to keep the skin moisturized.

7. What is sugar wax?

The sugar wax is a hair removal paste intended for waxing professionals only. We recommend getting this service done by a licensed esthetician.

8. Why should I trust your products?

We've produced My Vikini with the expertise of licensed estheticians. We've seen many different people with various skin concerns, and we've designed these products to address those problems. Many clients see improvement in their skin shortly after using these products.

9. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will get a shipping notification with tracking details. If you have not received a tracking link, email info@myvikini.com and we will send it to you.

10. Where do you ship?

My Vikini products ship to both the United States and Canada!

11. What are you shipping rates?

Shipping rates depend on the products you order and where you are located. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase.

12. What is the shipping timeline?

Once you place your order, it takes our warehouse 2-3 business days to fulfill. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for your products to arrive at your designated shipping destination.

This timeline is not guaranteed as some packages arrive earlier or later depending on your location.

13. Is My Vikini suitable for men and women?

My Vikini is created for women, but our products are completely unisex. Men will equally benefit from using the Three-Step System.

14. How do your products help with redness and irritation?

My Vikini products soften hair & clears pores, resulting in fewer ingrown hairs and less skin irritation.

15. What products help with ingrown hairs?

The Salicylic Acid Body Wash and Ingrown Hair Serum both treat ingrown hairs.

16. What product helps with dark marks?

The entire My Vikini Three-Step System works together to target dark marks, but the Hyperpigmentation Fading Cream specifically treats and lightens dark marks.

17. Can I use My Vikini products on my face?

Yes! You can use My Vikini's Ingrown Hair Serum and Hyperpigmentation Fading Cream on your face. However, we recommend you only use the Salicylic Acid Body Wash on your body.

18. Can I use these products If I shave or wax?

Yes. You can use our products regardless of your hair removal method.

19. Are My Vikini products scented?

All of our products are produced scent free, except for our Salicylic Acid Body Wash which is lightly scented with grapefruit.

20. What if I want to cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order, send us an email with “Cancel Order” and your order number in the subject line to info@myvikini.com

21. What if I want to change the address on my order?

We're happy to help! Send us an email with “Change Address” and your order number in the subject line to info@myvikini.com

22. What if I want to change the products in my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it's confirmed. If you’d like to cancel your order and place a new one, please reach out to info@myvikini.com with “Cancel Order” and your order number in the subject line.

23. Can I return my product?

Unfortunately all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
